I specialize in a wide array of law representation for my clients. See my expertise areas below to learn more about how I can help.
I represent clients in a broad range of personal injury cases. From a car accident to a dog bite – if you’ve been injured as a result of the intentional or negligent conduct of another, I can help you get the compensation you deserve.
Divorce is usually an unpleasant experience – but it doesn’t need to be a nightmare. I help make divorce as stress free as possible for my clients by beginning with an explanation of what the law says they’re entitled to receive, and then ensuring their interests are protected.
Whether you are a divorced parent, biological parent, grandparent, or other person concerned with the well-being of a child, you want to have the best representation possible should you become involved in a legal proceeding.
Freedom is a fundamental American right and the cornerstone of the United States Constitution. When you are facing a criminal prosecution, it is imperative that you have counsel at your side.
It isn’t pleasant to think about, but none of us will live forever. If you die here without a will, the state of Tennessee will decide for you who should inherit from your estate. If you’d prefer that to not be the case, you need to draft a will.
You signed a contract, and the other party has breached. A contractor didn’t complete renovations on your home in a workmanlike manner. A competitor defamed your business. There are infinite reasons why you would need to sue someone – or ‘become a civil plaintiff’.
It’s no secret that we live in a litigious society. I sue people all the time. Because of that, I know what to do when someone sues you. If you’re been served with a legal demand or summons, you need legal representation immediately.
A trial isn’t always the end of a lawsuit. If you were unsuccessful at trial, you may wish to appeal your decision to a higher court. Conversely, you may be served with a notice of appeal by your opponent after your trial court victory.
Before I went to law school, I served on active duty for five years in the United States Navy. During that time, I was forunate enough to travel the world, and meet many different people from every imaginable walk of life. What I learned was that everyone has a story, everyone knows something you don’t, and occasionally, everyone needs a little help. After I left the military, I found that I had a natural affinity for the law, and could use that skill to help people through what may be one of the most stressful times in their lives.
As an attorney, I am committed above all else to professionalism and candor. I will return your calls and emails. I will be prepared for court. I will pursue all courses of action necessary to advocate for your position. And I will never mislead you or sugar coat reality, even if the unfiltered truth may not be exactly what you want to hear.
